We are pleased to welcome you to BlueEye ("Site"), the official online store for the BlueEye .
We ask you to reserve time to read these terms carefully, as they regulate both the use of the Site and purchases made through the Site. Unless otherwise stated, these terms and conditions govern the relationship between BlueEye and its Users, and the User is deemed to have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms in full, do not use this Site.
From time to time, when you use certain services or purchase products from this Site, you may receive additional instructions, rules, and policies that apply to certain services and products that are all included in this Terms and Conditions and which apply to your use of the Site.

- Content accuracy
BlueEye always strives to keep the information on the Site up to date. However, it is impossible to guarantee that there will be no errors on the Site. The information published on this site and other material may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Product weights, dimensions and volumes are only indicative. We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that the product information is accurate and as accurate as possible in terms of product colors. However, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately convey the color of the product delivered. Periodic changes to site information will be made without notice. BlueEye reserves the right to change the Site at any time, at its sole discretion. Limitations on Hand Luggage: While we strive to ensure that products listed as hand luggage meet current flight restrictions, we will not be held liable if the airline applies other check-in standards or if the airline or airports change their limits.
The price of the products you order is the price displayed on the Site at the time you confirm your order and confirmed by an email confirmation confirming your order. All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT and handling costs.
If there is an error in the price or delivery cost of the products you order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will offer you the opportunity to re-confirm your order at the right price or cancel the order. If you cancel, we will refund the price or return to your credit card the amount it was charged for the products.
- Online Order
You can place an order if you are at least 18 years old. The ordering process consists of the following steps:
- Add the items you want to buy to your cart;
- You choose the delivery method;
- You enter the shipping address;
- You enter the billing address together with your payment information;
- You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions;
- Before you place an order, you are given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total cost of your order, including Shipping costs.
After you submit your order, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. If you pay by credit card, you will receive an email containing your payment status.
As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive a notification ("Shipping Notification Email"). All orders are subject to availability at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.
- The sales contract
There is no sales agreement between you and BlueEye before BlueEye sends the products. All information on our website is only a call for tender and does not constitute an offer or a unilateral contract. Your order is a binding offer on your part to purchase our products. The sale is binding on us only after we have informed you by a confirmation message that the goods have been shipped.
BlueEye reserves the right to refuse, in whole or in part, an order in the following cases:
- If the product is not available;
- If your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
- If security systems make your order unusual for your order or doubt;
- If your bank transfer fee / reservation is not up to date;
- If we have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age;
- If we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;
- If there was an error in the bid
- If we are unable to provide the address you provided;
- Force majeure;
- Delivery restrictions - delivery country
- PL addresses are not accepted.
- We deliver from Monday to Friday, off fence holidays.
We will use all reasonable means to deliver the ordered products within the time specified in the User's Individual Order Confirmation. Such times are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be trusted. Invalid addresses are the responsibility of the User and may incur additional charges from the User.
All items are shipped from BlueEye. If your product has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us with your customer number or order number. You can then invoke the sales contract and ask for a full refund for the products in question as the only measure. You may also specify a new delivery time that is appropriate to the circumstances and require BlueEye to deliver the products before the end of that period; then if BlueEye fails to deliver on this extended term, you can rely on the sales contract and ask for a full refund for the products in question.
We only ship the products through a professional carrier. We always require delivery to be recorded as received. You agree that delivery may be recorded as received by a User other than the User, provided that such person is present at the registered address and is at least 18 years of age. If nobody is present at the time of delivery, you will be asked to contact the shuttle service to arrange an alternative delivery date.
- Defective product or incorrect delivery.
Check the packaging for damage when you receive the shipment. If the products do not match your order or other order problems occur, you agree to follow the return procedure described in section 10 below. In addition, in the case of defective products and defective deliveries due to us, we will also refund you the costs of return. If replacement products are available, we will send you an email notification of replacement products, and we will deliver replacement products immediately to you at our own expense.
If you return your products under section 10 or if you have received incorrect products or if BlueEye for any other reason agrees to receive the returned products, you will need to act as described in section 10 below. You can also follow these steps to exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by law, as described in section 11.
Step 1: Fill in the return form. We will send you a return number and return instructions via email.
Step 2: Pack the product to be returned (non-damaged products only, in original packaging with genuine brands, accessories, instructions, and warranty tickets). Original packaging prevents damage during transport.
Step 3: Print the recovery card and attach it to the recovery package / packages. The return card contains all the information you need to ensure a smooth transmission (your personal information, our shipping address, the carrier's name).
Step 4: Become familiar with the recovery instructions and contact us accordingly. You must arrange the return of the products by the sender as soon as possible, but within 14 days after you have notified us of your return request.
If you do not comply with the described return guidelines and requirements, we will notify you by email of the reasons why we have been unable to accept your refund request within 14 days.
BlueEye wants you to be completely satisfied with every BlueEye you buy . If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Note: Printed and customized products cannot be recovered.
You may choose to use your consumer protection rights (distance selling) to return the original sales price and shipping costs, provided that you have notified us by email within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product / products that you have followed reasonable care in the handling of the product / products.
Only items purchased online from the Site may be returned. For all other returns, we recommend that you contact the store where you purchased the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel products that have been manufactured to your requirements or clearly to meet your personal needs.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the orders you have made within 14 days of the ordering of the products.
The right of withdrawal expires: (i) when 14 days have elapsed after you have received or assigned a third party, other than the carrier, to have physical control of the product; or (ii) if you have ordered several products and the products are shipped in several lots after you have received or assigned a third party that is not a carrier, you have received physical control of the last item or part.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the subscription agreement with an unequivocal notice (for example, by letter, by fax or by e-mail). You can use the return form on our website to make any announcements (however, we encourage you to use the form to improve the processing of cancellations and returns). If you use this option, we will send you an immediate confirmation (such as by email) of receipt of the cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription, we will refund all payments we receive, including shipping costs (except the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than our preferred standard delivery method), without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we become aware of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will perform a refund with the payment instrument you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case not to incur any costs for the refund.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods as described on the refund form. You are solely responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. We encourage you to return the products as described in the return form. If you do otherwise, you agree to act at your own risk and will not reimburse you for any costs incurred.
- Limitation of Liability
The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect your legal rights. We are not responsible for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of profit or loss of use) caused by your use of the Site, delay or inability to use our Site, its content or link to any other site resulting from the Agreement, the breach (including negligence) or otherwise, except in the event of death or death; personal injury caused by negligence or willful misconduct, unless stated in these terms.
Under no circumstances do we answer:
(a) the supply and use of products and services for the following damages and losses that the party to the order has not been able to anticipate at the time of the contract;

(a) Error Response :
Consumers have the right to statutory error liability. It covers defects in the conformity of goods at the time of delivery. The Seller will replace or repair the Goods (or Parts) at no charge. The seller reserves the right to change the product to another if the repair costs are disproportionate or if the repair is impossible. The consumer bears the burden of proof that faults occurring more than six (6) months after the shipment existed at the time of shipment.
(b) Commercial Guarantee :
BlueEye also offers a commercial warranty for certain products. You will receive detailed information about this warranty on the Warranty Card and / or the Site.
